Music is Life

As the years go by, music artists start to release new music, and recently a lot of their music has been turned into some type of remix. These electronic remixes have seemed to take away from the beauty of these artists.

An artist can release a new song on the radio and within a couple of weeks or maybe even days there will be a remix of it made by some DJ. These remixes tend to be more upbeat than the original which can sometimes take away from what the artist was trying put out there.

Personally, I enjoy music without all the extra noises or electronic changes added to them. It just doesn’t fit in with most of what artist are trying to convey in their lyrics.

Nowadays, there are a lot of teens who listen to trap or electronic music, and even attend festivals such as Sun City and Neon Desert. It’s understandable that these “tunes” seem to hype them up, but it just seems to be a lot of random noises being put together with a loud bass in the background, with the occasional vocal put into it. But even the vocal can be altered into something that isn’t how it was originally.

Although a majority of our society seems to be interested in electronic and trap music, there are still those who enjoy the classics, rock, pop, and other alternatives. These are the original genres that don’t get as much recognition. Of course there are still plenty of fans out there, but as the years go by, it’s not as common to hear of them.

Music is a part of everyone’s life and holds a meaning to it. Every song has its story and lesson to be learned, incorporated into it. The beauty is what is being heard from the artists themselves, with their style and personality put into it.
